Registration form to sign up for VPC's women's retreat.

Registration closes Wednesday, December 31 or once our room block is filled. There will be a waitlist if needed.

To confirm your spot, payment needs to be made at the time of registration. Should you prefer to pay by check, send your check to the church office no later than Monday, December 22, made payable to Valley Presbyterian Church, ATTN: Lori Lamm, 945 Portola Road, Portola Valley, Ca 94028. Please be sure to include your full name and mark the payment for the women's retreat.

REFUND POLICY: Should you need to cancel or change your registration, please email Cathy Paniagua at freespirit926@gmail.com or call at 650-302-4118 by January 26,2026. We will issue a refund minus a $25 administrative fee, if space is filled.

Villa Maria del Mar offers healthy, fresh meals with a salad bar and hot entrée options at lunch and dinner, including vegetarian choices. Please note that the kitchen CANNOT accommodate individual dietary requests. Guests with allergies or special diets should bring their own supplemental food. A refrigerator and microwave are available in the dining room. To help the kitchen prepare, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
